Tim Taylor

Hey look! We finally put a picture up and actually put some things on the page! It only took a year. Eh, you weren't missing out on much anyways. You WILL miss out on a lot if you don't catch Tim's show. Every weeknight Tim plays your favorite songs and brings celebrities back down to earth with "Pop Goes the Culture," his nightly skewering of all things Hollywood.

Tim's Bio

Tim Taylor is a local, having grown up in Champaign. He's a graduate of Centennial High School and doesn't hide his affection for his alma mater on the air. He's also yet another graduate of Illinois State University to join the Mix crew (we sense a pattern). However, Tim's similarities to other members of the Mix crew don't stop there. Just like Jonathan Drake, Sarah Addison, and Michelle Ryan, Tim worked at WBNQ in Bloomington for a few years. Tim also spent time in northern Michigan and his only comment on his time there is: "it was cold." Clearly, he's very deep.

Who do you most admire? ... Jack Bauer.
All time favorite movie? ... There's several, but let's go with The Godfather.
I certainly believe ... that if I leave my windows open at home, even if there's no clouds in the sky, it will rain and soak my carpet.
The number one-rule ... If Mike Cation says it, it's the truth!
My first car ... Died a painful death.
My favorite Illini was/is ... Kenny Battle. That 360 dunk was just awesome!
