Bryan Manion
MA, LCPC
Bryan is a co-owner and therapist at Blueprint. Bryan received his Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Bradley University in Peoria, IL and his Master of Arts in Counseling at the Illinois School of Professional Psychology (now Argosy University) in Chicago, IL. He went on to become a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. He has over 9 years of experience in the field working with clients between the ages of 2 and 60. He has advanced training in anxiety/trauma/loss and play therapy, as well as advanced training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help with symptoms of Posttraumatic Stress Disorder.
Bryan, typically, utilizes brief, solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral solutions to emotional concerns. He enjoys working with adults, children, adolescents, families, and couples in helping them achieve greater success at home, school, work, and relationships, whether treating severe mental illness or enhancing already productive lives. His main areas of interest are treating depression, anxiety, behavior problems in children, couples issues, and improving self-esteem in all individuals. Bryan firmly believes that any and all people can benefit from the therapy process. "You can't always solve problems logically, by yourself, or even with non-objective friends or family because of the emotional components involved. This is why counseling can help."

Gina Johnson
MSW, LCSW
Gina is a co-owner, life/business coach at Blueprint. She earned her Master of Social Work Degree from the University of Illinois and went on to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She has advanced training in the areas of Life/Business Coaching, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma/Loss Therapy. Gina has 14 years experience helping people of all ages improve the quality of their lives.
Gina feels passionate about helping individuals and businesses realize their potential for growth and helping them achieve their goals. As a life coach, Gina works with individuals to achieve a variety of goals that include ,but are not limited to: enhanced self awareness, increased motivation, decreased procrastination, healthy stress management, improved organizational skills, increased self confidence, effective communication and interpersonal skills.
As a business coach, Gina helps companies operate more efficiently and effectively by creating atmospheres that promote inner wellness and growth. She works to help businesses create and execute plans to eliminate work performance distractions that arise from destructive workplace politics, organizational transitions and low morale.
Gina also enjoys working as a mental health therapist. She has vast experience utilizing solution focused therapy to treat issues such as: anxiety, attention deficit disorder, depression, bi-polar, relationship problems and parenting skills.
Gina was recently named one of the 2008
20 Outstanding Women You Should Know in East Central Illionois by the Working Women's Expo. Additionally, she appears bi-weekly on the WIXY 100.3 Holstein & Co morning show to answer relationship questions and has been featured on WCIA News for her goodthingz Twitter site (see goodthingz page). She is also a member of the St. Joseph Chamber of Commerce and C-U Networking Group.
